I put my camera down to reload and Lulu grabbed the back and changed it from 12 exposures to 16 and then on top of that, a piece of foam from inside the holga got caught and rolled into the film.

That first shot is briliant!
Totally been there. That exact same thing happened to me the first time I shot my holga. I tape in my sponges now.
