FUJI FP-3000B - 85 yrs old

A Grandpa turned 85 and we had a party. This is the first post I've done with just 1 vertical image the full length the blog will allow. What do you think? Is it too big? It just seems HUGE to me. Post your thoughts below.

The image of your wife's grandparents is so touching, as are all of your images. I must say that will so many other photographers posting their images as large as they can it is refreshing to come to your blog. However, if you decide to change the size of your blogged photos the quality will never change! Thanks for the inspiration!!!

Great picture. But I have to scroll up and down to view the whole thing. I like your previous lay out.

Picture looks great!! I now have to scroll up and down to view the whole image. I like the smaller view.

I think its a great picture.
I like the smaller view. Then you don't have to scroll up and down to view the whole image.

85 years demands this kind of treatment if you ask me (and you did ... ask, that is).

Hmmm. I think it's too big. I don't like to have to scroll down to see the entire image. And the entire page takes a lot longer to load. Also, there is a big blank white space at the top where the header used to be (the girl in front of the chapel). I don't know if it's just my computer or if the image is gone.

I really like the photo, but I do prefer your smaller size posts. However...it's always good to mix it up, so it works!

Interesting. Page loads fine for me? Did you try another web browser or perhaps computer? It loaded instantly and a 300kb image shouldn't make the page load much longer if at all.

That said I like it! Sometimes I feel like an image requires this much detail.

I like it! But I have a huge monitor, so maybe that's why I don't have to scroll up and down to view it.

I like the size, but then again I have a big desktop mac so I can see the whole thing without scrolling. Very sweet moment :-)

Love the picture, but I love the smaller size better. I don't like having to scroll up and down and up and down to try and get the whole effect. It really makes a difference just being able to see it at once, and then take in the emotions behind it.
