Masks

My wife, her sister and my friend Dan. All taken on a vintage Polaroid SX-70 camera and the images were manipulated by hand with a bonetool right after they popped out of the camera.

This was one of my favorite processes to do in school; fun, fun stuff.

Yeah, I love SX-70. I always bought expired film in school and the developer would get all over my hands. Somehow in my mind, $6 a pack as oppossed to $10 a pack was worth getting all that toxic muck on my hands and clothes. Now off to ebay to see if I can get more of it.

the death of time zero

Oh my stars, I am laughing. I can see and smell the brown developer right now. It would get all over the camera and clog it's functions... I cleaned that dang thing too many times to count.

I have to comment again, I didn't click the link until after I posted. What in the world? That makes me feel bad. It didn't say if the new film will have the same manipulative effects as the time-zero film did it? Awwww, that stinks... boooooo!
